We offer careers for nurses, home health aides, physical and occupational therapists, social workers, caregivers, office professionals, and more. With 400 employees and a growing patient census, Croí Health is committed to our educational platform that is designed by our experienced team of home care clinicians. Our educational opportunities include continuing education units through the Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) and Corridor Group (CHEX). Colleagues pursuing certifications or degrees may apply for support from our Gerry Sanderson Education Fund.

Volunteer With Croí Health
We are so grateful to the many volunteers who are an invaluable support to our hospice patients and families. Volunteers provide respite, companionship and sometimes just a hand to hold.
Join Our Volunteer Team
Are you interested in volunteering at Croí Health? We welcome volunteers looking to offer companionship to patients at home, assist with day-to-day tasks at the Pat Roche Hospice Home, or support clerical operations in our main Norwell office.
We also encourage those with unique skills or certifications such as pet therapy, Reiki, or music to outreach to us.

Gerry Sanderson Educational Fund
The Gerry Sanderson Education Fund was established by an anonymous grateful family, and to date, the Croí Health Charitable Fund has received more than $800,000 from their generosity. Over 250 team members have benefitted from advancing their education through this program, and it has encouraged additional donations for education, such as the Higgins Family Nursing Scholarship.
