This interview with Dianne Reilly, Member, Board of Trustees and Tom Reilly, Managing Director, CW Advisors was originally published in the 2025/2026 edition of our Call to Care magazine.
How did you become involved with Croí Health?
I joined the Charitable Fund Board of Trustees more than eight years ago and have been actively involved ever since. It has been inspiring to watch this story grow over time, and I’m excited for the rebrand to Croí Health: it’s a huge milestone in acknowledging how widely the scope of services has expanded past visiting nurses in one town.
For years, you and Tom have been deeply involved in philanthropically supporting local causes. Why is Croí Health part of that list?
Quite simply, we see the incredible work this organization does each day and feel compelled to help ensure it is here for the next family who needs it. We have had a number of personal experiences with the care and each time have been moved by the level of expertise and compassion the team brings.
Is it important for you to model these philanthropic values for your family?
Yes, absolutely. In addition to our family’s establishment of the annual Mike Reilly Classic golf tournament in memory of my late son, my daughter Nicki serves on the Board of Trustees alongside me. It has been an honor to witness her step into the mission with the same drive and enthusiasm I feel for this non-profit.
You previously chaired Bella Vita. What are your reflections as the event celebrates its tenth year?
Gina Vita and Claudia Dolphin have done such a service to the community by recognizing that meaningful conversations are often sparked over good food with good friends. It is so important to be able to talk about loss and the decisions that so often surround it, and I look forward to seeing how this event continues to evolve.
