Every voice deserves care.
Every gift makes it possible.

Vision

Our vision is to meet the expanding healthcare needs of the South Shore community by meeting patients wherever they are—clinically, emotionally, and physically—and by providing an elevated standard of service, so anyone who seeks care can access it.

We are raising $20 million over five years: $10 million for hospice services and $10 million for palliative care. Your support ensures that every patient and family has access to the care they deserve.

As a charity, our mission is fueled by philanthropy. Generous neighbors like you make everything possible.

A Message from Our Chairs

“This campaign is about our community and responding to the loud chorus of voices who seek high-level care in the home. These are vulnerable patients, confronting challenging disease diagnoses. We will do more for our community by increasing our number of patients served, and that requires building our team of skilled clinicians.”

Meeting the expanding healthcare needs of the community.

We are committed to expanding hospice care. A $10 million investment will allow us to serve an increased hospice patient census and continue to provide a caring end-of-life experience for more families on the South Shore. This includes an endowment fund to support the Pat Roche Hospice Home, ensuring its viability in our community for years to come.

We are committed to expanding palliative care.
A $10 million investment will allow us to broaden our palliative program to accept and care for more patients in need across 27 communities on the South Shore.
