Croí Connect is the private duty physical therapy division of Croí Health. We provide personalized, one-on-one physical therapy services in the comfort of home, offering additional support, flexibility, and convenience based on each client’s individual needs and goals.

Please note that Croí Connect private duty physical therapy services are designed to provide additional personalized support and do not replace traditional certified home health services when those services are medically necessary and ordered by a physician.
